How it works
  • The 7 Day Free Trial lets you try our products before buying.
  • When you place your order, a temporary hold will be placed on your card (which may appear as “pending” or “processing”) to validate your payment method. We only complete the charge when the trial ends 7 days later.
  • If you find the product isn't for you, email us at hello@theearthlingco.com we'll remove the hold immediately.
  • All customers are also entitled to our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Return Policy

CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS:
Once you submit your order, our team begins diligently working to get it to you as quickly as possible. Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your original purchase date only if your order has not been marked as fulfilled by our warehouse.

  • If you would like to add merchandise to your order, please be aware that you will need to pay an invoice for the additional product price and for the incremental shipping cost.
  • If you are removing merchandise from your order, we will refund you the full amount of what you originally paid for the product, but we can not refund you for the reduction in shipping cost.

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please email us at hello@theearthlingco.com as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate your change or cancellation request. We're here to help 9am-6pm PST Monday - Friday.


RETURNS/REFUNDS:
While we're confident that you'll love your Earthling Co. products, we understand that things don't always work out! In an effort to support our customers as well as our beautiful Mother Earth, we have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased on our website.

Refund & Return Exceptions:

  • Final sale items
  • Items outside our 30-day satisfaction guarantee
  • Items not purchased through theearthlingco.com
  • International orders

Please email us at hello@theearthlingco.com with your order number and your reasoning/feedback for why you were not satisfied with our products within 30 days after delivery. We will answer your inquiry ASAP in order to assist you.

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate exchanges on any products.

PLEASE NOTE: For all returns, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

*COVID-19 Update: to maintain health and safety of our staff and customers, we will not be accepting mail-in returns for any USED products during this time. With that being said, please email us at hello@theearthlingco.com if you have any issues with your order, and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.
