Vanilla Chai Latte Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1-2 compostable chai tea bags depending on how strong you'd like it
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup oat milk (or milk of choice) 

How to Make a Warm Vanilla Chai Latte

  1. Pour boiling water over chai tea bag in a mug; let steep 4 to 6 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag.
  2. Stir maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into tea to dissolve. Stir milk through tea to serve.

How to Make an Iced Vanilla Chai Latte

  1. Pour 1/2 cup boiling water over chai tea bag in a mug; let steep 4 to 6 minutes. Remove and discard tea bag.
  2. Stir maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into tea to dissolve.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and add chai mixture. Top with 1/2 cup of room temperature or cold water + 1/4 cup milk. Enjoy!
